Lawful permanent residents or U.S “green card “ holders are allowed to reside and work permanently in the United States. They are restricted from traveling abroad for extended period of time and cannot vote in state and federal elections. Lawful permanent residence can be obtained through the employment-based visa process (for example , EB2 National Interest Waiver, Extraordinary Ability or Investor visa process), family-based sponsorship (for example, marriage or relative filings) and the U.S Diversity visa lottery.

EB2-NIW Green Card Expertise:

EB-1A Green Card:
We represent clients who have extraordinary ability under the EB-1A category. The applicant must be able to prove that they have extraordinary ability in one of the following fields: Science, Art, Education, Business, or Athletics. Additionally, they must possess a level of expertise in the field placing them as exceptional in their field, and must have professional achievements which have received national and international recognition.
EB1-B or EB1-OR: Outstanding Professors and Researchers:
This green card is designed for foreign nationals who have three or more years in teaching or research in the academic field. It is designed for professors and researchers that are internationally recognized as outstanding in their academic field. Applicants must have at least three years of experience in teaching or research and be entering the United States to pursue a tenured or tenure-track position or a comparable research position
EB1-C: Multinational/ Intracompany Executives or Managers:
This covers executives or managers who have been employed outside the United States for at least one year in the last three years by a qualifying multinational company. Applicants must be permanently transferring to the United States to work in a managerial or executive capacity for the same company or its affiliate or subsidiary. The foreign entity must continue to conduct business and have the requisite qualifying relationship with the U.S. petitioning entity; The Green card requires a U.S.-based employer, and is useful for multinational employers. The green card rarely has backlogs in its quota.

EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program
KNA Pearl Law represents clients in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. USCIS administers the EB-5 Program. Under this program, investors (and their spouses and unmarried children under 21) are eligible to apply for lawful permanent residence (become a Green Card holder) if they: Make the necessary investment in a commercial enterprise in the United States; and Plan to create or preserve 10 permanent full-time jobs for qualified U.S. workers.
